Introducing: Wide-Neck Airless Bottles

SeaCliff Beauty Packaging & Laboratories is always on the edge to discover the newest components for beauty, skin and hair care. Airless bottles have been hailed for their evacuation capabilities of up to 100% of the product. The various style options available and smooth dispensing method intrigue consumers who are also attracted to innovative packaging.

SeaCliff Beauty introduces a set of new airless bottles with a wider neck opening. The bottles have a slim, cylinder shape with an ergonomic pump head.  Since these bottles have no base plug and are top filled through the wide neck, customers now have the option of using the component for many different types of swirl formulas including foundations, moisturizers, and serums. Airless bottles also assist with preservation of any product from contamination.

“Introducing innovative and cost-effective components are a high priority,” says Vonda Simon, owner and president of SeaCliff Beauty Packaging & Laboratories “We want to be able to offer a variety of options for our customers to execute the most effective solution for their product.”

The complete component is made up of PCTG, PP, and ABS material and currently comes in both a 30ml and 50ml capacity.  Decoration options include silkscreen and hot stamp as well as heat transfer film.  The metallization of some of the parts is also available.


Beauty Packaging Trends from LuxePack – Monaco

There was a lot to see at this year’s LuxePack exhibition in Monaco, from the alluring beauty packaging to the engaging industry booths showcasing their packaging and design capabilities. LuxePack, the Luxury Goods Packing Exhibition, is an annual event where beauty innovators research and “shop” for eye-catching resources. As a contract manufacturing company that focuses on packaging beauty products, it was necessary to be informed of incoming trends that will be emerging in the market for the next few years.

So what are the trends that are going to highlight the beauty industry? LuxePack specialists observed four main trends that are on point with beauty, feminity and luxury.
